2. NATURE OF SERVICES — IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE
BUILDTHATSCORE.COM PROVIDES CREDIT EDUCATION, Al-POWERED SELF-GUIDED TOOLS, AND PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES. ALL PROGRAM CONTENT IS EDUCATIONAL IN NATURE. CONSUMERS PERFORM ALL DISPUTE AND CREDIT REBUILDING ACTIONS THEMSELVES. WE DO NOT DISPUTE ITEMS ON YOUR BEHALF. WE DO NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT USE OF OUR SERVICES WILL RESULT IN ANY SPECIFIC CREDIT SCORE INCREASE, LOAN APPROVAL, MORTGAGE QUALIFICATION, OR OTHER FINANCIAL OUTCOME. RESULTS VARY BASED ON INDIVIDUAL CREDIT PROFILES, CREDITOR RESPONSES, BUREAU PROCESSING TIMES, AND YOUR PERSONAL IMPLEMENTATION OF GUIDANCE

3. PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS
a. Starter Program
A self-guided, Al-powered credit education subscription providing step-by-step dispute and credit rebuilding guidance informed by 20+ years of credit and lending industry experience. Current pricing is displayed on our website and is subject to change with 30 days notice. This program provides educational content and Al-generated guidance only and does not include live community access, group sessions, or direct expert interaction.
b. DIY + Expert Support Program
Includes all Starter Program features plus access to a private expert-moderated Skool community, weekly live video education sessions, weekly group Q&A calls, and a structured action plan with ongoing community support. A reduced rate is available exclusively to members who enroll using a valid builder or loan officer
referral code at checkout. Current pricing is displayed on our website.

c. Fast Start Consultation
A personalized one-on-one credit consultation session with Wayne Sanford including live credit report analysis, a personalized written action plan, mortgage guideline review, and a 90-day follow-up session. Current pricing is displayed on our website. Full cancellation, reschedule, refund, and forfeiture terms are governed by the separate Fast Start Service Agreement which must be signed prior to the session. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Fast Start Service Agreement, the Fast Start Service Agreement controls.Bureau Investigations Inc umbrella. You may unsubscribe at any time.
d. Mortgage Approval Ready Review
A standalone optional service available through the Skool community. Includes a full review of your credit report from an underwriting standpoint and a brief 10-minute consultation identifying credit report and credit score factors that may affect mortgage approval readiness. This service is limited strictly to credit report and credit score analysis. It does not address debt-to-income ratio, employment history, asset verification, or any
other mortgage underwriting factor outside of credit. It does not constitute a mortgage pre-approval or guarantee of loan eligibility. Current pricing is displayed on our website.
4. SUBSCRIPTION BILLING AND CANCELLATION
Billing:
Subscription fees are charged monthly on a recurring basis through Stripe or secondary merchant accounts beginning on the date of your initial payment. Your subscription renews automatically each month until canceled.
No Refund Policy:
ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Due to the immediate delivery of digital
educational content, program access, and proprietary guidance upon enrollment, no refunds will be issued for any partial or unused portion of a billing period under any circumstances, including cancellation mid- cycle. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. This policy is disclosed at signup, in your confirmation email, and in all program documentation. EXCEPTION: As required by applicable law, consumers retain a statutory right to cancel within three (3) business days of signing a contract for credit services and receiving a full refund where such right is mandated by the Credit Repair Organizations Act or the Texas Credit Services Organizations Act. This statutory right cannot be waived.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting us at Info@BuildThatScore.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access through the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
Price Changes:
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with a minimum of 30 days written notice to your email address on file. Continued use after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new
pricing.
Payment Failure:
If your payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend access to your program until payment is successfully
processed.
5. REFERRAL CODES
Referral codes issued to builders, mortgage loan officers, and other referring partners are non-transferable and intended for use by their directly referred clients only. Codes may not be published publicly, sold, or distributed outside of the referring partner’s direct client relationship. We reserve the right to deactivate any code that we determine is being misused. Referring partners do not receive financial compensation from
BuildThatScore.com. Referral codes exist solely for enrollment tracking and pipeline reporting purposes.
6. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
BuildThatScore.com participates in affiliate marketing programs and may receive compensation when you purchase or sign up for third-party products or services through links we provide. This includes but is not limited to credit monitoring services, credit report providers, rental reporting services, financial tools, and other consumer products. We only recommend products we believe provide genuine value to our members. Affiliate relationships do not affect the price you pay. This disclosure covers all current and future affiliate
relationships. Individual affiliate links are identified at the point of recommendation.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available through BuildThatScore.com, including video lessons, written guides,
dispute templates, game plan documents, the Skool community library, the E-book The Real World of Credit, and all associated materials, are the intellectual property of Credit Bureau Investigations Inc and Wayne Sanford. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use program content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sub-license, screenshot for redistribution, or otherwise exploit any program content without prior written
permission.
8. ACCEPTABLE USE
By using our Services you agree not to: share your account credentials or allow others to access your account, use program content for any commercial purpose, post harmful, offensive, or misleading content in the Skool community, impersonate any person or entity, attempt to copy or reproduce proprietary program content, or violate any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to terminate your access without refund for violation of these terms.
9. BUILDER CLOSING BONUS
Some partnered builders may, at their sole discretion, credit consultation or program fees back to the member at closing. BuildThatScore.com makes no guarantee regarding any such credit. The decision to issue any closing credit rests entirely with the individual builder or their organization. BuildThatScore.com is not a party to any agreement between you and your builder regarding closing credits or any other financial arrangement.
10. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
By subscribing or downloading a free resource, you consent to receive periodic educational email communications from BuildThatScore.com. Communications will focus on credit education, program updates, and relevant consumer financial guidance. You may unsubscribe at any time. We do not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
11. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Our Services operate in conjunction with third-party platforms including Stripe, Skool, Rewardful, Typeform, Tally.so, Calendly, Zapier, GoHighLevel, and MailChimp or similar email platforms. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or privacy practices of these third-party services. Use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CREDIT BUREAU INVESTIGATIONS INC AND BUILDTHATSCORE.COM AND WAYNE SANFORD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF CREDIT STANDING, LOAN DENIAL, OR FINANCIAL LOSS OF ANY KIND. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO BUILDTHATSCORE.COM IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Collin County, Texas. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
15. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email with a minimum of 30 days advance notice where practicable. The effective date will be updated at the top of this document. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
